Auctioneers Terms and Conditions Auction Terms and Conditions All property sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder`s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Canning Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Canning Auction Service. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Canning Auction Service is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Canning Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. Titles will be mailed to the buyer no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment unless prior arrangements have been made . All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. All Internet Bidders shall be registered prior to Auction Start Time Buyer's Premium 10% Buyer's premium with a $250 cap will be charged per item. Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are wire transfer, cashier's check, or Credit card with an additional 3% fee which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. Please contact the auction company with any other questions and for wire transfer instructions. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. All items must be picked up. Monday -Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm of the following week. If you cannot make these times please call 618-713-0222 to make arrangements. The pickup address will be given to the winning buyer via e-mail with their PAID IN FULL receipt.
