Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 3% will be charged on all equipment. Payment of ALL equipment is due at the time of pick-up or within 72 hours follwing the close of auction. Canning Auctions accepts cash, good check, and credit card. The hammer price plus 3% total will be emailed to the winning bidder at the close of the online auction. Payment is due no later than 72 hours after the close of auction 3.EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLEY All Auction purchases from Canning Auctions LLC may be subject to sales tax as of 01-01-2021. If you are tax exempt, AND/ OR the purchase is considered farm equipment used in the production of agricultural. IF QUALIFIED you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of sales taxes. IF QUALIFIED please request tax exemption certificate from office at the time of checkout at every transaction. 4. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 2 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. 6.
