1. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. All equipment listed will be available for public inspection. Buyers are urged to personally inspect items before bidding. 2. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 5% will be charged on all equipment.
3. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionalbe, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. 4.This auction is a soft close auction which means that it BEGINS TO CLOSE at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 2 more minutes while maybe other items are closing.
5. Bidders understand that this auction is on-line only and bidding relies on devices and programs that may malfunction without warning. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other auction related technologies, Canning Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding.

ALL BUYERS must make payment in FULL NO LATER THAN 5PM TUESDAY APRIL 4th Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, check with proper ID, cashier's check, wire transfer, ACH, or credit card. Credit cards OR Debit Cards will have an additional 4% charge.
Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 5% will be charged on all equipment purchased . Payment of ALL equipment is due at the time of pick-up. ALL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS TEUSDAY APRIL 4th. Canning Auctions accepts cash, good check, ACH, Wire Transfer, and credit card or debit card(4%).
AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION A UNPAID INVOICE with the hammer price plus 5% Buyers Premium will be emailed to the winning bidder at the close of the online auction.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY the close of business of TUESDAY APRIL 4th, Canning Auction reserves the right to charge the card registered with, With the additional credit card fee that could be avoided if pay on time and with Cash or Check.
